Crazy Hair and Valentine's

Today was Crazy Hair day at Jinji's school, as well as Valentine's Day. Everyone, including teachers, wore crazy hair. There were boys with hairs painted on the close-cropped hair and girls with hair sprayed all kinds of colors. Mommy used a hair fixative to spike Jinji's hair. She loved the way her stiffened pigtails felt when she shook her hair. When Mommy picked Jinji from school the fun was still going on. Jinji had a bag full of and a little treat from her teachers. There were helium balloons and lots of pink and red. Jinji must have had quite a day because she fell asleep in the car on the way home.

Once home, Jinji careful regarded each of her valentines. Daddy surprised her with and animated Valentine's puppy and card. And the mail brought a Hug teddy bear from our family in Temecula and a delightful card from family members in Nebraska.

It was a fantastic Valentine's Day!

I Big Girl!

Our darling, sweet baby turned 2-years-old today! We celebrated her birthday yesterday with a party of family and friends. Mommy & Daddy were so proud of her and delighted her joy and excited.
