The whole family enjoyed a surprise Birthday Party for Uncle Ryan at Chateau Orleans a New Orleans themed restaurant in Pacific Beach. One of our appetizers was fried gator. Many of the adults were being a little squeamish but our little Jinji could not eat it fast enough. A little conversation:

"Daddy, How do you cook gator?"

" I'm not sure honey, I think you cook it in a frying pan."

"NO Daddy! First you got to catch one!"

Yes Indeed, first you got to catch one.
