Jinji lost her first tooth the day before Thanksgiving.  Mommy & Daddy notice her adult tooth coming in behind the baby tooth and called the dentist.  We were told that it was normal, to encourage Jinji to loosen the tooth as much as possible, and make an appointment to  bring her in for pulling if it was not out before Thanksgiving.  We told Jinji. So, the night before Thanksgiving, Jinji asked Daddy to pull it.  She stood bravely as he tried with his large fingers and ultimately opted to use tweezers.  Out it came.
